Day 14 of the 100 Days of Encouragement

Day 4 of the 2nd segment of 10 days

Today was a quiet, restful day. I took the time to look for some substitute food for wheat products for one of our faithful team members. I happened to stumble upon the website that is posted above. I was excited about these noodles that don’t have any calories or carbs, and don’t have any wheat, gluten, or rice ingredients. The noodles are made from vegetable fibre, and fill you up without the extra calories or carbs. I ordered some, and will let you know what they are like when they come in.

Besides this exciting new find, I stayed on track today, eating the right amount of portions for each food type and did get outside to walk my dog.  She motivates me to go outside and get some exercise from a brisk walk. Love my little dog.

I decided to take this lifestyle change slowly. If I lose the weight too fast from restricted dieting, it will just come back on later. It really is a long-term lifestyle change, and, as the picture says, there really aren’t any shortcuts.

What I do know is that we are all going to get there. I have to say, you are all very determined, and that is the key ingredient. All of you are awesome, and have stated that you are going to keep on keeping on, even though this is a difficult walk. WOW! That is the true spirit that leads to Victory. May a special blessing come to all of you. Never give up, because the final result is worth it; because YOU are worth it.
